Bold Buffalo Chicken Salad Wraps

Kick things up a notch with easy-to-make, spicy buffalo chicken salad wraps. Hot sauce fans can have fun with this one by choosing their favorite brand or experimenting with others. Plus, mixing it up is a cinch!

What You'll Need:

2 Cans of Chicken, drained
1 Bunch of Green Onions, Sliced
1 Bunch of Romaine Lettuce
1 Teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Salt
4 Tablespoons of Buffalo Hot Sauce (more if you like it spicy!)
¼ cup of Bleu Cheese OR Ranch Dressing
¼ cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (optional)
 

For Serving:

Large Flour Tortilla Wraps
1 Tablespoon of Buffalo Hot Sauce (more if you like it spicy!)

1 Tablespoon of Bleu Cheese OR Ranch Dressing
 

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix together 2 Cans of Chicken, sliced Green Onions, 1 Teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper, 1 Teaspoon of Salt, 4 tablespoons of Buffalo Hot Sauce and ¼ cup of Bleu Cheese or Ranch dressing. Optionally add ¼ cup of shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
 

Next, slice Romaine Lettuce into strips as shown. Toss with the chicken salad mix.

Prepare your wraps by spooning 1 tablespoon of Buffalo Sauce and 1 tablespoon of the dressing of your choice and swirling together, leaving a ½” border on the edges.

Place about ½ cup of the chicken salad mix in the center of the wrap. Tuck in the sides and roll it up. Cut in half and serve with a side salad on a Dixie® Everyday 8.5” plate. Enjoy!
