Monster Cookie Dough Dip Recipe

15min | 36 servings | 138 cal

INGREDIENTS

2 cups quick-cooking oats, divided
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
Apple slices and/or celery sticks

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

In the bowl of a food processor, add 1/2 cup of the oats; process about 1 minute to make oat flour. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, and creamy peanut butter; beat with an electric mixer about 1 minute until smooth. Add in the oat flour, powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Beat until well combined. With a rubber spatula, stir in the remaining 1 1/2 cups oats and candy-coated milk chocolate pieces just until combined.

Step 3

Transfer mixture to a serving bowl; serve with apple slices and/or celery sticks for dipping.
