Energizing Smoothie Recipe

15 min | Makes 2 large smoothies


2 cups of fresh spinach
1 banana 
2 cups of chopped pineapple, mango or mandarin orange (fresh or frozen) 
1 fresh banana
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 cups of water
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1tablespoon of oats for thicker consistency (optional) 




Step 1

Blend spinach, coconut milk and water on low for 35 seconds or until spinach is finely chopped.

Step 2

Blend fresh or frozen fruit, banana, chia seeds, oats and coconut milk on high for 45 seconds.

Step 3

If needed, add a few ice cubes and blend on high until your smoothie is nice and smooth.

Step 4

Pour your smoothie into a Dixie® To Go cup, add a lid and you’re all done. The perfect drink for energy on the go!
