Buffalo Chicken Dip

8oz package of cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
2 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken (leftovers or rotisserie chicken work great!)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar or Colby-Jack, divided
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Celery sticks, tortilla chips, or bread, for dipping

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend in wing sauce, blue cheese dressing, diced chicken, 1 cup shredded cheese, and blue cheese crumbles.

Step 3

Spread in a shallow 1-quart baking dish and sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.

Step 4

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Top with parsley. Serve warm with celery and tortilla chips or toasted bread!
