In the morning, at bedtime or after you eat – these tips can help make your teeth happy.

1: Get your own Dixie® cup – don’t share, everyone gets their own cup.

2: Fill your Dixie cup with water. Not too much, you cannot rinse with a full mouth!

3: Take a sip of water and make your favorite rinsing face – Swisher Roo, Gargling Goyle or a Puffer Fish.

4: Dr. Aspes says to rinse for several seconds.

5: Aim in the sink – the drain makes the best bull’s eye.

6: Spit, spit, spit!

7: Smile in the mirror, if you see any food left in your teeth, go back to step 1.

8: Crunch your Dixie cup and throw it away!
